(When asked what was the first thing she did when Pulp signed to Island:) "We all got a 200pound allowance to spend on clothes. Russell and I went shopping in Sheffield. Then I went and spent 50pounds in Safeway- the most I've ever spent in a supermarket. I just bought daft food, Lapsang Souchong tea, loads of biscuits. I felt really sick after because I'd got overexcited and eaten too much."
